One of the worst ramifications of addiction is that the person suffering from it is usually in denial about their problems. Sometimes it can be as simple as being blind to the problem, other times they simply refuse to see the truth that is right before their eyes. If you believe that you or someone you know and care about is struggling with drug or alcohol abuse, knowing the signs that indicate an addiction is an important step.
